Because our products and services include immediate digital access, intellectual property, and coaching delivery, all sales are final.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling.
1. No Refund Policy
By purchasing any product, course, template, digital download, or coaching service from She Knows Sales, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
Digital products (ebooks, guides, templates, trainings, scripts, or prompt packs)
Online courses, masterclasses, or challenges
Memberships or subscriptions
Done-for-you funnels, strategy builds, or systems setup
1:1 or group coaching programs
Any product or service purchased through our website, checkout pages, or external payment links
Once payment is processed, access is granted immediately to proprietary materials, systems, or support — therefore, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted.
2. Digital Product Access
All digital materials are delivered instantly upon purchase via email or in-platform access.
It is your responsibility to download, save, or access these materials upon receipt.

3. Coaching & Service Terms
All coaching programs, consultations, or done-for-you services provided by She Knows Sales are considered non-refundable.
Purchasing any service confirms your full commitment to the program duration, payment schedule, and deliverables agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If you choose to discontinue participation for any reason, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments.
4. Cancellations & Payment Commitments
Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation level or engagement.
If your payment method fails, our system may retry automatically or contact you to update details.
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to your programs or resources.
Cancellation of future billing can only be arranged under special circumstance if granted by She Knows Fitness for subscription-based services (such as monthly memberships).
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time or resources.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens, but as a company providing immediate digital value and intellectual property, refunds are not granted for:
Change of mind
Failure to use or access purchased materials
Financial hardship after purchase
Inability to achieve desired outcomes
If a major technical or access issue arises that prevents delivery of the promised material, we will work promptly to restore access or deliver an equivalent solution — not a refund.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute after acknowledging this policy is a violation of our Terms of Service.
All chargebacks will be contested with proof of access, correspondence, and delivery records.

She Knows Sales reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use or purchases after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
